Brad is a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for helping people and a drive to excel in every task he undertakes for clients.

Most recently Brad spent over seven years in the global medical research sector, holding a variety of roles, whilst working with international clients and being involved in complex research projects. Together this experience, along with owning his own business, offering management and business strategy services, provided a solid foundation for his transition to real estate.

With a diverse and multi-disciplinary background in psychology, medical science, data science, and business management, he brings unique perspectives to his role as Team Manager for Team Marriott. Such a diverse knowledge base is a comfort to vendors knowing Team Marriott can approach challenges from various angles, finding innovative and accommodating solutions that others might overlook.

Vendors can also be assured of Brad's commitment to excellence, as he approaches his work with a no-nonsense attitude, focusing on efficiency and results. His attention to detail and organisational skills ensure that every aspect of the real estate process is executed meticulously for vendors, without unnecessary delays, distractions, or fluff and filler.

Brad is helping usher in a new generation of Team Management with his diverse background, alongside Joe Marriott and Kirsty Heintze, as part of Team Marriott. Together raising the bar for local real estate service standards.
