Welcome Brett Brook

By Daniel Gray

A familiar face has joined Ray White Unley/Colonel Light Gardens in the blue-chip eastern and southern suburbs with Australia’s leading real estate group. Brett Brook, who has become well known as one of the leading agents in his local community, is thrilled to make the move and join the team at Ray White Unley/Colonel Light Gardens.

“I have been in real estate for over 10 years and decided it was time to further my career and make a move” Mr Brook said, explaining that when he decided to make the change, he wanted to join a company and team that aligned with his own personal family values.

“Real estate has always been something that I am passionate about and I am excited to utilise the technology, training and marketing resources that Ray White offers to assist me and my clients,” Mr Brook said.

“I get along incredibly well with Josh Gillespie and his team at Ray White Unley/Colonel Light Gardens. I also know a lot of other agents in the Ray White group and I admire the high performing culture and innovative approach the Ray White network have to real estate,” Mr Brett Brook said.

“I’m very excited about Brett joining our dynamic team,” said Josh Gillepsie, Director of Ray White Unley/Colonel Light Gardens “His experience and customer focused results will help our business solidify our strength in the Inner South. Brett has big goals and I’m proud to be a part of his growth and the growth he will provide our business”

Unley & Colonel Light Gardens are sought after suburbs just minutes from the Adelaide CBD, and known for their beautiful historical homes and family friendly lifestyle. Mr Brook will continue his focus on servicing his clients located in the inner southern suburbs and other areas which he has nurtured over his career.

“Adelaide is a really beautiful place to live and raise a family; my wife and I live just 5 mins from the Colonel Light gardens office in Clapham with our two young children,” Brett Brook said.

“The majority of properties that I sell are renovated character family homes as well as investment properties and new developments. The attractions with these suburbs are the proximity to the city, shops and great local schools, as well as the friendly local neighbourhoods,” he added.

Mr Brook said that his communication, customer service and negotiation skills will continue to be a key focus at Ray White Unley/Colonel Light Gardens.

“The main goal for my first 12 months is to let people know that I am here and to continue providing my professional real estate services with honesty and integrity; I want all of my clients to know that they are now backed by the best real estate group in Australia,” Brett Brook said.

Ray White South Australia / Northern Territory CEO Matt Lindblom warmly welcomed Brett into the Ray White Unley/Colonel Light Gardens office and team.

“We are incredibly proud that Brett has chosen Ray White, he is very well established within the community, I know he will continue to achieve great things in Colonel Light Gardens, Unley and surrounding suburbs,” Mr Lindblom said.

“My team and the Ray White network look forward to supporting Brett as he continues to provide the best possible service for his clients,” Mr Lindblom said.
